The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• The supplier then ships the product directly from their warehouse to your doorstep.

• They are packaged and given to our reliable delivery partner after completing the last quality check.
• Our delivery partners then deliver the package to you as soon as possible. If they can't go to the address you gave, or at a time that works for you, they will connect with you to resolve the issue.

Order cut off time : Place your order before 12 AM India Standard Time (IST) to ensure prompt processing. Orders received after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Terms : We ensure safe and timely delivery by shipping your orders through trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, Blue Dart, and more. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

What happens if I don't accept my package?

If the order is returned, we will reimburse you 50% of the purchase price as soon as we get the package.

Tracking your orders

You will get a confirmation email after your order is shipped. This email contains a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be viewed by logging into the 21Genx  account. Click on 'My Orders' and it allows you to track the progress of your shipment while we prepare and dispatch your order.

The tracking number on the courier's system may not become active for a few days after the product is shipped. If the information is unavailable, kindly try again at a later time. Don't worry, the projected shipment time is accurate regardless of any adjustments from the tracking website.
